broken Lappie

IMG_0278 WOOTS!!!! my Lappie’s monitor?!?!?

 

yea… the Dell technician came today to fix replace my Optical Disc Drive…

after a few troubleshoot, the Technician finally decided to switch the ODD for me~

and so, the dismantling begins~

IMG_0291 the display were took off…

 

IMG_0285 soon after that, the keyboard, and the palm rest were gone!

revealing the motherboard consisting the fan, processor and some green colored silver colored and black colored stuffs…

*note, the ODD were gone already*

 

IMG_0294 in a short while, the ODD were replaced and the parts are being reassembled back into one!

overall, I think Dell’s services were very good…

and I don’t regret a single bit purchasing a Dell!

perhaps it’s too soon to say, but that’ what I feel currently. Just hope that they keep up the good work! ^^

ain't they suppose to fix ur laptop overseas? remember u should b in overseas by now? for months? XD

Woah.. one optical drive, and they whack open the entire unit.. LOL

what if there's any missing screw? how how? xD

wow, u actually think this is something good?
No doubt the service is good but then imagine, the 1st few days of getting ur brand new lappie, it has to be broken into pieces and reassembled back. dun u feel sim tia?

Marilyn : something happend to my company here that I have no choice but to shorten my stay overseas...

Jeffro : i think so they will have spare screw gua...

Viv : good as in they are actually trustworthy, if there's somehting that needs to be fixed, I'd rather get it over and done with rather than delay until the warrenty is over...

and, I mgiht have plans to extend the warrenty period... but Dell has definately made me feel secure.
