losing fat

i read somewhere,
that you have 5 important stepis to lose weight...

step 1: cut off the carbs...
rice, bread, cereals, and even fruits with high sugar content...
and only complex carbs are allowed...
eat more vege...

step 2: exercise
at least 1 hour per day and at least 3 times a week....
best done in the morning,
then the 200 times situps comes in...

step 3: light weight training...
since our skin will go "saggie" after losing fat...

step 4: get 8 hours + of sleep...

step 5: double the intake of water to flush out fats and toxins from body...
which is about 4 liters a day....
